Our business is all about providing a perfect, high quality service.
We require very special people to work with us to deliver that to our clients.
Finding the right people for our business is challenging – cleaning is hard work and not everyone can perform to the levels we demand. We are only interested in people who are reliable and enjoy making our clients happy; letting any client down damages our business and reputation and is not good for staff morale.
In order to keep good staff, once they have successfully gone through our recruitment process, they are well rewarded for their work and loyalty – check below for details of our remuneration package.
All staff are paid monthly through our PAYE system and receive monthly payslips; Sleekstone is a member of the NEST pension scheme and anyone earning over the qualifying amount is eligible to join the scheme to which we also contribute.
We are happy to support anyone in receipt of Working Families’ Tax Credits and will accommodate the relevant number of hours where possible.

Experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
